Return Policy
All sales are final.
Plants are a perishable item, and we cannot take responsibility for any issues that arise once the item leaves the shop. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly review the videos we provide, or thoroughly inspect the plant within the shop.
Refunds are determined on a case by case basis, and only cover:
1) Items damaged during transport/delivery.
2) Delivery of the wrong item.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item, and provide photo/video documentation of either the damage or incorrect item. If we find that the claim is valid, we will arrange for pickup within 48 hours of the original delivery time/date.
If the customer cannot arrange for pickup within 48 hours of delivery, then they forfeit their right to any previously made agreement.
